Revised Schedule for #mOOO4

Due to recent events plus the worldwide second-wave of COVID-19, mOOO team and our jurors have reached a unanimous decision of extending our submission deadline to get more people engaged in our discussion.

This schedule revision is for the benefit of bringing more meaningful discussion to the table as well as creating positive change to the society through architecture competition and discussions.
